North City is the 3rd largest city on Earth and is a rather scenic sight seeing area with high mountains that surround its perimeter. The city itself isn't that much different then most others cities. It has a few cafés, shops and clothing stores.
However located just a few miles outside the city deep within one of the mountains sits the secret lab of Dr Gero.
