Papaya island is in the Southern Ocean among many other small islands. A lush paradise and a perfect place to relax. On the largest island in the cluster lies an ornate palace with a large square arena in its center.
This is where the honored Tenkaichi Budokai World Tournament is held every year. In the past there have been a few spectacular fights including a few that actually destroyed the stage platform into nothing but gravel. But it has since been repaired and waits for the next tournament when beings from all over the planet come to test their abilities.
