Cai has got long black Hair, wich shines alot, and frame her face. She looks very determined...And she is.... She has Brown eyes, that looked blue, when she was released into the world(they were glowing blue, as she had just been reactivated). Cai's lips, is red/pink, and pretty nice. Her size is about average.Personality::
Cai is wearing an ancient outfit. It's a delicate mix of green, silver, and gold. It's decorated by dragon-patterns. In addition, she uses a gold hairpiece(or chain, whatever), and green and gold armpieces. She also wears pointy shoes, and armor up to her knees.
She uses an elegant fork, and a triangular shield. Both whom are beutifully decorated.
Watch out for these weapons... She has channeled her own strength into them, making them just as strong as herself.

In other words, she has deleted almost every trace of emotion in her. She is cold blooded, and may kill anyone who gets in her way.History:
She is very determined as to her goals, and to achieve her goals, she has become a master strategist. Her determination, however, is no longer direted into the same direction as before...(she used to want to protect her family). Now, she is determined to take overr the universe, and prove to Frieza that she is a better ruler, a better fighter, and a better conqeror than him. She has a hatred towards Frieza, for turning her into an android, along with her sister. She wishes to rule the entire universe(or second best, the galaxy) with her sister.
Cai grew up on the planet of earth, about 4,000 years ago. She led a peaceful life, until war struck her world. She had long been a book-worm, and had read many books about everything from romance, to books about war. Her father, who was a famous general, had made a Blacksmith forge a beautiful fork-lance to his daughter, as well as a shield.Techniques:
As they recieved news of the war that was rising, she started training with the fork. She developed her own unique fighting style, and started a martial arts-school in her village, teaching the basics to people who wanted to protect their village from soldiers. Her father was out in the war, fighting the rising enemy, who was quickly gaining ground.
The enemy was winning, and so, everyone with fighting skills was sendt into the war. This included Cai and her older sister, who also had learned Martial Arts from their Father. They both gained fame in battle, and rose up as shining stars on the battlefield.
After just some days of fighting, they were worshiped as gods. There was buildt a temple in their honor, showin them both, beside eachother; the two Shining Stars.
Thanks to their efforts, they quickly overwhelmed the enemy. However, at the night they would storm the enemy leader's castle, they were ambushed. By something out of this world. It was Queen Blizzard, of the planet Icer. She was the grandmother of Frieza, and Cooler.
She was looking for test subjects for the new "Android" Project. Earth just happened to be close, when she was sightseeing, so she kidnapped them, and decided to use them. Of course they were terrified.
They were put into artificial hybernation for the next year, whilst the sientists researched on how to change humanoids into artificial beings.
At the age of 19, Cai was put into a container of water. They started the long and painful process, while she was awake. She could see her sister on the other side of the room. Soon they would both be screaming out in pain.
Metal was opeated into their bodies. Organs replaced by artificial versions, which were almost identical. They both were nearly lost in the process.
It lasted for days. The result was the first android "perfection". Skin harder than Diamonds, infinite energy, high regeneration skills, and still with the appearance of innocence they had had before.
They were shut down immedeatly after the operation was done.
When their condition was stabile, they were turned on for the first time, as androids. They destroyed the building they were in. Henchmen of Queen Blizzard was thrown everywhere.
They found their clothes and weapons in the building next door. Then, demanding they'd be brought back to earth, they marched up to the Queen. Her powerlevel was above 100,000,000 and even she couldn't stop them. She could, though threaten them with shutting them down.
They resisted, but they eventually succumbed to her orders. If they did, there was a "small hope to get back to your home planet", as the queen said. They killed countless numbers of enemies. Enemies of the Icer Empire. Of course, it was not an empire yet, seeing as there was still alot of races with extreme powerlevels out there. Powerlevels higher than those of the Ice-jins(changelings). The empire was built on the power of Cai and her sister. Thanks to them, there were hundreds of new planets to sell to weaker races. The Icer Empire grew, and grew. Cai's feelings faded, in the face of the cruel slaughter, which she herself had made.
She had learned several chi techniques, and added with her skills in martial arts, she was as good as invincible. Her sister was just as strong.
After 20 years in the service of The Queen, and her annoying 10-year-old son Prince Cold, they demanded, yet again to be brought back to their home planet, and their families. The queen's arrogant reply was "Your side won the war, but your entire family has been slaughtered".
That moment, Cai lost almost every trace of emotion. She looked towards her sister. She looked back. They lost it. Prince Cold saw the explosion from far away. His mother was blown away, and landed 2 feet away from him.
She asked Cold to run into the building to their left and make them press the emergency switch. This, he did. Just as Cai and her sister were about to deal a finishing blow to the queen, the life went out of their eyes, and they fell to the ground.
The Queen however, did never forget. In fact, she stored the androids in the basement of her castle(which had been hastily rebuilt), to remind her of the danger of putting so much power into illoyal subordinates. She dies 50 years later, by an old, internal vound, from the two android's rebellion. She never got to know Cooler, nor Frieza.
King Cold, however, grew more and more arrogant. He believed himself to be the greatest in the universe, despite him being weaker than his mother. Of course, he WAS the greatest, due to all the clean-up that Cai and her Sister had done in the universe... After that, the Ice-Jins were the strongest race, after all...
Anyways, he believed he could control the power of the sisters, and even more so. With newer technology, he improved them even more. He made them more flexible, more agile, stronger... All in all, a huge improvement... He turned them on, but even though he was arrogant, he wasn't directly stupid. He turned them on, from a different planet.
King Cold was once again witness to an explosion. This time, the entire planet where the androids had been stored, was blown up easily. They moved towards King Cold's location, with godspeed.
King Cold, as the arrogant bastard he was, went out to meet them. They landed right in front of him. He greeted them, arrogantly exclaiming that in his hand, he had the switch that would destroy them, if they did not serve him. Cai put up a finger, and a purple aura gathered around her finger. "Death Bea---", she was stopped. Her sister made her lower her arm. Asked her to remember that they would both be destroyed, and chances were, they would not find eachother again in HFIL. This made Cai calm down a bit.
Once again they were put in the service of the Icer Empire. They brutally slaughtered thousands of families. Cai had lost everything she cared for, except for her sister. She was all she had left, and she would not lose her too.
Many years later, King Cold recieved a son. On a request from his wife, whom had heard the story of her mother-in law's death, he summoned the two androids to a location far, far away from the original planet of Icer. He was holding the device that could destroy them. The remote-control. He told them not to worry; he was not going to destroy them. He honestly believed that they would one day come to serve his son, and therefore, he had made his scientists remake it into an on-and-off button.
Knowing this, of course, Cai charged towards King Cold, and was ready to rip out his heart. He had just enough time to click on a button, and Cai's movement ceased. HHe stored them in a building..
In honor of his son, he named the planet "Frieza Planet #79".
Frieza grew up hearing the stories of these two amazing androids. They had apparently turned out so strong, the scientists was afraid to make more of them. They were one of a kind.Without them, there would have been no Icer Empire, and the Ice-jins(changelings) would have been extinct. Frieza dreamed, already from a young age, about having them as his servants. King Cold had of course forgot to mention the fact that they had been seconds from killing both him and his mother.
Time passed, and Frieza eventually forgot these stories.
One day he was floating(in his hover chair) on the outpost planet his father had named after him. He noticed a closed-off building in the outskirts of the main buildings. Older design, but clearly it had been redecorated to "fit" with the other buildings. He'd never noticed it before, but then, he didn't often bother to visit this area on the planet, or even visit the planet itself...
With a quick wave of his right hand, the door broke open, locks and everything disappeared. He was curious.... As he peeked inside, he saw something that made him remember the old stories... The body of a younng woman. She was wearing ancient clothes, to her right was a fork-weapon, and to her left, was a shield. She had closed eyes.
On the other side, was a slightly older-looking woman. They appeared to be closely related, as they had many similarities. These were without a doubt the androids from the stories he had heard when he was younger.
He called up a team of scientists to check their condition, and do some renovating work. Soon their technology was yet again up to date, and Frieza formed plans to use them for his conquest.
Although he quickly went to Namek, after picking up some radio transmissions, that told him he had a possibility of becoming immortal, if he used the dragonballs of Namek.
After Frieza's death, his son had searched the universe for new followers. After having gathered a decent army, he had them renovate the old planets of the Icer empire.
Kuriza soon heard of the Dragonballs at New Namek. He quickly headed there, and started searching for dragonballs.
During the search for the dragonballs, Kuriza had recieved word that there excisted two, possibly powerful androids on the Planet Frieza #79. Seeing opportunity to get new followers, he ordered his scientists to shine them up a bit, and turn them on.
As he heard from a villager that if you destroyed the person who created the dragonballs, the dragonballs would cease to excist, he tried to force out of him who it was. No namekians being willing to tell him who it was, he had to avoid slaying Nameks. Instead, he tortured them into giving him the Dragonballs.
When he had gathered all 7, he forced a namek to summon the dragon. He wished for the Cold family and their followers to be revived, and also for the saiyans and their planet to be revived. He would prove that he could controll the monkeys his father couldn't controll. The third wish, he didn't quite know what to do with, so he made sure a few henchmen stayed to guard the dragonballs.
After finishing his wishes, he was contacted by the headquarters at Frieza #79. Apparently the two androids har run away, and were headed for earth....

She creates a pink wind, filled with cherry blossoms, and then her own metal body splits into many cherry blossoms, which blow away, either fading slowly, or quickly. Almost like a slower "teleport" technique.
Aka no Buriza-do(red blizzard)::
A technique named after Queen Blizzard. The atmosphere around her get's very cold, her reflexes improve, she moves much faster, and she aims for the major veins in the body. The blood from her enemy will shoot up into the air, and come down as bloody snow, in a blizzard.
