Once called Orange Star City it was renamed shortly after the Cell Games in honor of Hercule Satan. The "Champ" who took on the Monster Cell. Or at least that is what the World has come to believe.
All and all Satan City in a prosperous town with a large population and a equally large High School where most of the students in this quadrant go to learn. Even as far out as the mountains where Gohan lives.
Satan City is also where Mr Satan's mansion now stands where he lives with his daughter Videl.
Goku's mountain home is also in this area as well as his Grandpas small hut at the edge of the mountain range.
