South City is a small berg with casual shopping and a more relaxed feel then the larger cities. Things here move at their own pace even if that pace grinds to a halt sometimes.
However things here picked up a little on an island nine miles south-west from South City where Androids 19 and 20 make their first appearance and completely destroy the small island town.
