As Broly's soul remained in the after life he manages to break free of his mortal soul and gains a more legendary appeal, in his time in the after life he learned to invade peoples dreams, but not regular people, more like super saiyans..

Bardock waked up in an osean off sweat.
Wait, he had dreamed about a guy in weird clothes, it looked like a seremony outfit or something...
But even weirder was that he was a Super Saiyan!!!
On the floor in the bedroom, it was signs, off that he had been sleepwalking!
But he must have tryed to not do anything because the track's was almost 2 centimetres deep!

hehe...not sure what this site is cuz i'm new, but i know alot about broly. and if it wasn't for the producers who always makes goku win, broly would be ruleing the galaxy by now....

No, 'cause he wasn't stronger than cell, and he appeared in the Cell Saga-timeline.
Bur rhis site is an RPG.
This means that it is a game, where you can write parts of a history, and other members fil out with their character's view.

cell wasn't even born yet. and broly come back after cell, and then come back after buu. i hate what they did to broly in the 3rd movie. but when he came back in the 2nd movie, he would have destoryed goten, trunks, videl, and adult gohan. its just that he like to take his time killing his enemies.
