It's been several weeks since Goku and Piccolo defeated Raditz. Since then, Goku was thinking about what happened and he came up with an ideal but it will cost him to locate the Dragonballs all over again. So he tells ChiChi he'll be gone for a while and she tells him "Hurry back!"
After Goku searched high and low for the Dragonballs, he finally summoned the dragon.
"Dragon!! I wish that my brother Raditz would return and that he be a good person!" Goku demanded.
The wish was granted and the dragon disappeared/so did each Dragonball as well.
But out of the shadows, a person begin to appear and it was RADITZ!!!

Read the plot and it's good. From the looks of it, Frieza and the Saiyans during his time are bought back to life thanks to the alien being summoning the red dragon.

Agreed. Thats a good ideal to fix the site. Hopefully, we can have this site active again soon. Yes, new members come in but they still disappear as fast as they join. So, it'll be grand that our new members can stay on and enjoy the site.

Cai has got long black Hair, wich shines alot, and frame her face. She can look almost like a strict teacher, because of her expression. She has green/yellow eyes, that(because of her condition) looked blue, when she was released into the world. Cai's lips, is red/pink, and pretty nice. Her size is about average.
Cai is wearing an outfit that looks like an old, chinese one. The reason why she is wearing this, is found in her story...
She is using a weapon, wich is like a spear, with two spikes, only a little more elegant.

Outside of an abandoned house, at the abandoned planet of Frieza#79, a small being stood. His blue skin, and wrinkled body was a horrific sight. He brushed dust from a package that had been lying in the house for long, before he took it ouside, again. "There was no password... Just summon the dragon, they said... Well... I'm going to do just that, so that Master Frieza can come back!", he said. _________________
"Phew....", Goku said, as he was lying on the ground. "That Buu was a tough one", he said. They had just beaten Buu, and asked the namekian dragon to restore earth... ________________
"I summon you!! DRAGON!!", the creatutre said. A red burst came out of the dragonballs. A red dragon came out of it. "You who have gathered the seven Black-star Dragonballs, shal be granted one wish...", the dragons crispy voice said.
The creature thought... Frieza might need slaves, too...: "Bring back the entire Cold-Family, and bring back the saiyans, with a restored Planet Vegeta.".
"Wish...Granted", said the dragon, and dissapeared, shooting the dragonballs to all corners of the universe.
An earthquaqe followed... About now, Frieza and King Cold would wake up at earth... Cooler would be on New Namek... All of them in their organic forms(No mecha-frieza or meta-cooler).
Something happened... Something had shook lose inside of the house beside him, during the small earthquake. The alarm started. Not the normal "BEEB BEEB" thing, but "DANGER; HE'S AWAKE!"...The house was blown up...
Somone...Something walked out of the house... Black Hair down to the ground... White skin... Inocent blue eyes; and a powerlevel that could not be measured by anything. "Hello", the android's, soft female voice said... "I thought you all wanted to deactivate me?"; she said... Another one stepped out... The first one's sister..."You should know that Frieza put us away, because we were too strong for him, or anyone else to handle?" she said, and blew up the small servant of Frieza...

So, two old projects of Frieza, have been revived by accident, due to something that opened their containers...
Goku just beat Buu, and he has no idea that All of the cold-family+all saiyans that lived before Frieza blew up Vegeta-sei AND two uncnown androids stronger than any living being was revived...

The Check in Station.
The Check in Station is where all departed souls go to be judged by King Yamma. The Ruler of both the heavens and the underworld.
The Check in Station itself is just a midway point between worlds and acts like a doorway between the living and the dead. And it is guarded by creatures that work for King Yamma called Ogres.
But unlike the mindless brutes seen in fairy tales the Ogres here seem more modernized and tend to be more white collar then anything else. Running errors and doing paperwork for King Yamma.
King Yamma himself is a huge ogre like creature who wears a purple pinstripe suit. It is he who judges where newly arrived souls will go.
The Home for Infinite Losers or Hell.
A strange dingy world with multiple levels of even more oddities the HFIL is where the vanquished souls of evil beings is sent.
The Home for Infinite Losers itself (Hell)however isn't like what most would expect. There is no fire and brimstone but a dark gray place that seems almost dingy. A fountain sits in the center of a pool of red water where every so often a couple of disembodied souls take a row boat ride. Strange giant spiked formations can be seen in the distance accompanied by a few volcanic blasts of steam from a few scattered fissures. And thousands upon thousands of the worse the Universe has to offer mull around the grounds.
The only green in this place is on a small patch under a tree of special fruit. This fruit tree belongs to King Yamma and its said that the pulp of the fruit can keep someone full for a month. It is guarded by one of the Ogres at all time.
The HFIL isn't the eternal torture one would think, but more like eternal boredom. A day Spa where you are not allowed to leave. A fitting punishment for those who want nothing more then to rule the world or fight.

A small planet on the very edge of the Icer empire exists as a base for hundreds of warriors. It not only has a rejuvenation pod for repairing damage taken during battles but it is also home to the Ginyu Force. For many soldiers however this base is more for temporary layovers between missions then anything else.
The facilities here also include a space pod launching and catching platforms, warrior quarters and rec rooms. But it also stands as the last outpost between the Icer army and the rest of the Western quadrant of the Universe.

I'm gonna fix this site. I know we love this site, but if it's gonna survive, it need a plot, and a character biography system. We get new members everyday, but because of the inactivity, and the lack of understanding how to get a character...We will rescue the site, and get this site up again.
